I found three holes out of the entire frame of my 2006 4runner, everywhere else on the frame honestly looks fantastic but I’m still concerned. Should I be worried?

Unfortunately these frames tend to rust from the inside out, if you just looked at your frame to assess the rust instead of testing the frame by tapping with a hammer and screwdriver on the dull not solid sounding areas then I would be a little worried, at least until I did a more thorough checking.

    as AuSeeker suggested...go underneath..take a screwdriver..probe around...tap with hammer...good luck

Everywhere else sounds solid. Only spots that sounded different (less metallic and more dull) were around the spots shown in the picture. It sounds a little dull on the passenger side apposing where the two bigger holes were, but not quite as bad. Nothing else caught my eye.
