I had a company stop out with their traps. They caught a ton of squirrels by mixing peanut butter with some sunflower seeds. They had a pre mix made up those things could not resist

Sounds better than the bait I put out. This stuff only attracts ants.

Works great. Just try to avoid putting too much on the side of the bait holder. I found that the squirrels would try to lick the peanut/sunflower combo from the sides of the trap; as opposed to going through the door opening.

Let me know how it works for you.

I used an old sock filled with moth balls. I just put it under the engine & kept parking over it.

Another vote for a live trap. But they leave the property in a body bag. They are rodents.
