Need help for purchasing

Hi all,

I'm looking to purchase a 2001 SR5 4x4 with 220k miles. I've received photos from the dealer of the frame and would like some insight on whether its in good shape or not. For the most part it looks solid but there's a few areas that concern me. I posted the photos to reddit and will link it below. Thanks!

Frame is hella solid.

That rig has been stored inside most of its life. I am in NC and rust is very very minimal and I think I have more surface rust on the underside than those pics.
