4Lo blinking Trac off hard to shift won’t shift into

Had issue after driving in snow … next day hard to shift in D, 4LO light blinking, Trac off light on, check engine on and would not shift into Overdrive. RPMs at 65 were about 3k, typically under 2k.

took to dealer who removed and cleaned, lubricated PRNDL (neutral) switch. Working great now. Was told they corrode and placement on transmission is not ideal for avoiding contaminants that affect smooth operation. When check engine comes on for this code it auto shuts down OD. Car is 2016 with 111k miles. Live in northeast.

Works great now, codes cleared, all lights off and shifting correctly into OD. Diagnostic plus labor was $250. Good luck to anyone else experiencing this issue.
