Hello, I have a 1996 4Runner with a 3.4 engine. The vehicle was in an accident and the rear quarter panel is wiped out. I have found a 2000 4Runner with the same engine but blown. Will the 1996 go into the 2000 without any other changes, will I need to change any harnesses, MAF or injectors

Use all your 2000 parts, maf, wiring, injectors, etc.

Use just the long block from the '97 and I can't see why it wouldn't swap in.
