2005 4Runner v8 4x4 Rust Issues? Maybe? Please Help!

Hello, I am interested in purchasing a 2005 4runner v8 4x4. This one was originally purchased in New York. I would normally stay away from a 4th gen from back east but this one is the right price with low mileage, so it's at least worth considering. I know this year has the common rust issues for 4th gen 4runners and I have seen some really rusted-out examples that were obviously bad. However, this one wasn't one of those rusted-out examples. There's still rust in certain areas of the undercarriage as seen in the photos, but I do not know enough to discern whether there is an acceptable amount of rust or not. Please give me your opinion of the undercarriage and identify any areas of concern. I appreciate any help that I can get. Thanks.

From what I see, that looks super clean. I wouldn't worry about that amount of rust.
