I fucking love those wheels! Very nice looking 4runner, all around!

 

I think the blue works so well because MGM seems to reflect a a subtle blue hue itself, under the right lighting conditions.

It could be criticized maybe for being a bit trendy, but man, when it looks good, it looks good! I think it’s a color that should stand the test of time.

Some really nice looking MGM's which was my first color of choice. Went twice to dealerships in March of 2021 to purchase a new MGM Pro only to have them sell before I arrived. Ultimately became impressed with the Lunar Rock color after finally seeing one for the second time in passing and was fortunate to have one fall in my lap in May of 2021. I have yet to see a Lunar Rock thread! Lunar Rock has only been around for 2.5 years unlike the MGM. The Lunar Rock I purchased was the first one I had seen for more than five seconds. They were still pretty rare back then, not so much now! Sorry - now back to your regular MGM scheduled programming!

 

Great dog too! We have had two great chocolate labs! Both of them were fantastic dogs!

 

@YetiMtnBkr Go fire one up! I honestly never understood LR because I thought it looked like Cement. Spoiler alert, I'm colorblind. Had no clue it was greenish until my wife said something during the shopping process.

 

I guess I've had a thing for Gray Toyotas since 2005. That's when I got my '03 4Runner. Then, we got a 2012 Scion TC in '14 or '15. Here's the old 4runner and TC on the day we bought the TC. and, the TC this past summer with my '19.






Even though the TC turned out to be a bad platform for a build, I still really like it for running around town, and occasional road trips when I don't need to get through anything nasty.

 

I was thinking someone should! My previous vehicle (2016 Subaru Crosstrek) was a charcoal grey color - very similar to MGM.

I just remembered that I had the love of my life - my 1977 Ford Ranger Bronco that I bought in 1983 as a 21 year old - repainted from a faded silver to a charcoal grey in 1985.

Tacoma World has some great color specific threads (pictures). Time to get it going!

 

I painted my 69 Chevelle the Lexus version of MGM, they call it Smokey Granite Metallic. Same as MGM but has more depth of color in the metallic (blues greens, reds in the metallic). Gorgeous color, I wish the 4Runner came in it as well. My Corolla is also MGM haha

 

The fade into Blizzard Pearl here is sweet!

 

Finally finish lifting and 285 tires. Now it is time to find a place to off road!

Finally someone put the maxxis razr at on a 4runner!! Looks great, what do you think of the tires?

 

Here's my daughter's new to her 2010. I'm getting ready to do a front end facelift and suspension soon. So far just some basic black out and new head unit.

Also my 19' Tundra. I know its not MGM but it is grey. Cement grey that is.

 

I like it very much. Only 10 miles drive so far, it is quiet and smooth.

 

Still need a hood .. May order from revmoto this weekend

 

That looks great. I'll be picking up my mgm sr5 in March. I'm planning on trd wheels, blackout emblems and new tires. Did you stick with the factory tire size?
