The housing etc is totally fine. I’ve noticed some flickering when really cold. Can just the lens be replaced? I would think so but haven’t found anything online. If so, is there a source for just the lens? Again, online search came up pretty much empty. Dealer wants 1k for a new housing
    I appreciate any feedback!

You can't replace just the lens without baking/heating the headlight... So considering that, I doubt you'll find just the replacement lens for sale anywhere. Search the classifieds or marketplace, should be able to find a used housing for much cheaper than the dealer.

^^^What he said. However, you may need a certain year/type of headlight housing depending on the model year of your 4R (I can't figure out why members don't just put that in their sig) due to LED vs. halogen headlights.

Did the LED lights change between 21 and 23?

OP might get lucky and find someone looking to sell theirs.

They do sell just replacement (aftermarket) lens, do a search on ebay. You'll have to heat them up to split them apart, is it worth it? Might be best to just find some used take offs and go that route unless you don't mind doing the work. I've never taken 5th gens housing and lens apart but if they're permasealed, GL!
