Just got my ORP a new bilstein 5100 lift around 2 in. Plan to stop by tire stop for installation of 285 next week. When is the best time to run an alignment? Do it right after tire installed or run them for some miles and then do it? Any advice?

I'd have them do it same time as the tired. You already driving around a bit.

I drove on my stockers for a week then changed rims/tires and had alignment same time. No issues with it needing to be aligned again.
