Looking for more information on this fused terminal clamp.

I would like to make some mods to gain some additional slack due to running dual batteries. I can barely get this terminal over the post.

One fuse is 250 amps, the other is 70 amps. I believe this is different than in years past (my vehicle is a ‘21 ORP).

Have thought I might be able to get an aftermarket terminal clamp that is longer but I need to find a way to preserve the fuse protection.

    Any thoughts?

You could combine upgraded terminals (SDHQ) with fuse/breaker protection.

PowerTrays cells circuit breakers from 30 to 250 amps.

They also sell a couple kinds of battery terminal fuse blocks:

Yes, I have the SDHQ terminal and had planned on doing something as you suggested with the Blue Sea terminal block fuses. I have (3) wires coming to the positive, two of which are fused. I believe the unfused one is from the alternator. The 70 amp looks to go to the fuse block (or under it). Just trying to learn more about my options.
