    Current state:
-Fuel is purging through the EVAP canister vent line. Like, a lot. Stops purging once I crack the gas cap after shutting down. Buddy thought he might have seen gas dripping from the exhaust.
-Initially starts and runs mostly fine, maybe idles a little high. I thought the leak was fixed so I drove home from work (<10 minutes) and got RPM fluctuations among other issues, thankfully close enough to coast to right outside my house.
-CEL P0133, popped after the original leak.

    The History:
    -'97 3.4L Limited.
-Found fuel leaking from the bottom/seams of the EVAP canister, truck wouldn't start. Cool, take it in and get the EVAP canister replaced.
-Pick it up, truck makes it to work, dies on the way home. Vent line from the EVAP canister has a hole in it and doesn't appear to be connected to anything.
-Fix the vent line. Truck makes it home, seems fine. Leaks in the garage. Check the vent line again. Take it for a test drive, seems to not be leaking.
-Replace the gas cap. Spends the night fine.

How full do you fill your tank? You should never fill past the first click of the fuel pump. Otherwise you will flood the evap cannister.

Otherwise, I have no idea how you have flooded it.
