Do I need a new realignment after new tires?

I always have it checked. Better than unevenly wearing the new tires.

    I think it's a good idea.

Its not necessary, but it can be beneficial.

From my looking, some alignment shops only charge a small fee if they inspect and no alignment is needed, some other places even do a check for free I was told as I asked some mechanics.

Most dealers will usually do it for free. Pull into the service line and tell them you need an alignment check. They will throw the plates or whatever those things are called on there and it will show if it's off or not.
