Locked out

Hi there,
Can any in suggest a way into the vehicle?
Car battery might be dead as it does drain and fob no longer works (new fob battery). Also, the key has never worked in the drivers side door (only passenger door with lock). Also also, the back window will not roll down with key (cause, battery).

perhaps someone knows a way to pop the hood without accessing the cab?
