I pulling into my parking space tonight and heard a loud pop, backed up and it popped again! Sounded like it came from the front. Any ideas?

Could be anything. Not much info to go on, but I would start be looking at control arm bolts, swaybar link, basically anything related to the suspension. Or anything that was recently done

You could have been in an area of low magnetic flux which caused the Bilivester Relay to apply third level reverse reactive torque to the Framastan cog resulting in a hydrostatic lock of the turboencabulator.

Or you ran over a couple water bottles or beer cans...

Nope didn't run over anything but that is what it sounded like. Took him out this morning and drove around and nothing.

Yeah, but going by your signature it looks like you added quite a few items/mods in those two months. Several of those could make noise if loose or close to something. I'm assuming you bought it new. If you bought it used with all these mods, anything goes.

@Wonderwoman, unless you got it done very quickly, it sounds like you must have bought it with 35s, regeared, with front/rear bumpers etc.

It literally could be absolutely anything. Do you know who did the work and when it was done? The nice thing about 4runners is that they are easy to get under and look around for broken stuff. Post pics of the rig, and the suspension and some folks hear have eagle eyes and can spot potential clues.

Steering wheel position, brake position, gas peddle position, all would all be useful information to narrow down components.

This could take some doing to pin down a noise with all those modifications...
