Valve tick? What’s the sound ??

I’ve had this 4 runner for about 6 months now and I’m the 3rd owner everything is well taken care of and noticed this sound of a click coming from driver side of engine bay. Almost everyone thinks it's a valve tick and it almost never is. I thought it was on my 4 cylinder but it ended up being an exhaust leak. I'd check that the spark plugs are tight.

You should get your valves adjusted anyway, it is required maintenance that almost everyone neglects to do.
