had the front actuator replaced today and still no 4LO. in neutral shifter placed in 4H then in 4LO. orange indicator comes on flashing and beeping-- does not go solid orange. (part is a DORMAN). had transfer case actuator replaced 2 weeks ago, put into neutral go to 4H actuator engages you can hear it). goes into 4wheel but, indicators flash on-off. orange does not go out and green always flashes instead of a solid green. also no down hill asist. what is going on????? any ideas.
i never used the 4wheel and unit froze up that is why i changed the units. sr5 v-6.

Make sure the 4hi is fully engaged before trying to engage 4lo. 4hi seems to engage better while you're rolling. At least on the 5th gens.
