Hello – does anyone have any cost effective suggestions on how to secure the fender of my 2007 4Runner? See pics attached, you can see that is it not flush and that some of the fender clips are still intact but not all of them. It seems like some of the clips came off and or broke, so not sure how to attach/secure new ones.

Also, does anyone have any suggestions on how to best remove the residue on the side? I believe it might be gorilla glue from a botched temporary repair!
