How do I turn the DRLs off on my '17? On my '14.5 Camry, I went into the factory head unit to turn them off, but I can't do that with my 4Runner.
Will pulling the fuse to the DRLs work?

I think I saw for Canada there is no option to turn off DRL. I think its a law. For USA there is a option on headlight switch "drl off" / "off"

Yeah, I know about that. I use that all the time. But I don't want them to come on at all, even with the parking lights.

Duh! Yeah, I could do that, but that's not an option for me.
I may try to pull the fuse.

Uhhh, isn't the DRL bulb shared with the high beam?

Why would you want to do that? Though the easiest way to disable those rear gate speakers would be to just unplug and remove them.

I want to do that because I'm putting a sub in there, so there's no need for the speakers in the tailgate.
You can't just unplug and remove them, because they're ran in series with the rear door speakers. So if you disconnect one, the other won't play either.
Audiophiles know why I want to disable those speakers.

    Not that simple either.
When I start working on it, I'll do a thread on it.

I believe you can jumper the hatch wires together but you'd have to have the right Ohm speakers in your rear doors so as to not blow the speaker outputs on the HU.

You're right. I just did it. Don't care if I blow the speaker outputs on the factory head unit. I've already got it and the rear speakers replacements.
