I bought my Venture back in 11/2020 and put a request in through the Costco auto program. Not 1 dealer would participate when it came to the 4Runner.

More and more I am realizing what an amazing deal I got on my 2021 Venture. $40,169 (~$6,300 off MSRP) and that included the dealer BS add-ons (window tint, hood/sideview mirror and door handle protection film and the ridiculous nitrogen in the tires).

Pretty sure the internet sales guy got a talking to after I left the dealership!

I purchased mine last week at MSRP. Picked it out from the Toyota incoming inventory, put a deposit on it, and was there when they pulled it off the truck.

What dealership did you purchase from? And what date did you make the purchase? That was a great deal!

It seems some of us who purchased in early part of 2021 were able to get some good deals. At the so-called 11th hour, just before the crazy pricing started. I bought my 2021 TRD/ORP/MR for about $1,200.00 UNDER MSRP. Made the deal in the second week of March, and took delivery in May. It was an incoming vehicle that just left the port in Japan by one day. I think if I had waited even just another week in March, I would have had to pay MSRP.

A friend is paying MSRP + $500.00 for the exact T4R as mine but a 2023. But that's probably as good a deal as she can get today.
