I think I picked up a gem for almost nothing. I would like to know anyone's thoughts or suggestions.

It is a Manual 5 Speed 4x4, runs great with 260,000. I don't mind keeping it a little gritty, but the cabin needs some help.

Also looking for some in getting a rebuilt title in Florida. Images includedfront.jpg back.jpg front.jpg back.jpg inside1.jpg pass door.jpg

Fl here too. You need to call your insurance company with the VIN. I found out recently that FL law changed and most insurance companies in the state will not insure vehicles on salvaged and rebuilt titles.

Hard to tell, but has the carpet been removed?

Carpet has been removed in the front. I'd bet the dent on the front bumper totaled the the 4runner and got it the title. But you never know, especially in Florida where thousands of vehicles get flood damaged every year. It doesn't take much for a 4runner of this age (and especially condition) to get totaled and scrapped.

Should buy a blown up one or one with major issues that’s an automatic with a good body/title and drivetrain swap it

I wonder if the previous owner had -15 offset rims on before and hit a speed bump?

I'm doing a similar M/T rebuild, not in as rough of shape, but many of the same issues. Katskinz makes a full leather replacement kit for the 3G you can pick up - usually they only sell to authorized installers, but if you want to DIY for less, DM me for a contact (~$1k w/ heated seat inserts, less without).

I also picked up a new AM bumper, lights, replacement radiator support (mine was bent) and a hood from Carparts for fairly cheap (~$600 all in). The rest of the missing trim and carpet can be found scrounging junk yards (<$100). Add in some color matched rattle cans if you want ($150).

If she's in good mechanical shape, it's worth it to spend a couple K to gussy her up to keep another MT on the road imo
