2006 4.0 4x4 4runner

Attempting a 2003 4.7 engine swap

2004 4.0 4x4 automatic with a bad engine. Attempting a 2003 4.7 automatic 4x4 swap. Have a free donor vehicle with good engine, trans and transfer case as well as the harness and ECU. Has anyone attempted this successfully? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
