Hello! Could someone help in identifying what this part is called? Just noticed this small leak and the liquid is really light in color but gives off a smell. Can’t pinpoint what the liquid is as im not too familiar. Car is a 09 V8. Thank you in advance!

While inspecting that leak, i noticed wet spots above it. Followed it and saw more spots closer to the coolant hose on driver side. Checked coolant reservoir and is almost empty. The “leak” from the metal tube smells the same as the coolant dripping from the hose on top. Hopefully it’s not 2 leaks and just fluid that came from the hose! Unless that metal tube is a coolant line.
