Help identifying part

Does anyone know what this tubing plugs into?
I have a 3rz in pieces and am trying to figure out what this connects with. Dealership could not determine.

 

It's the throttle body, it's between the air filter and the intake manifold. That semi-circle has the throttle cable wrap around it.

Oh wait the tubing, I'll have to check

 

NOS?

 

It connects to the cooling system. Not sure why Toyota wants coolant flowing through the throttle body, but they do

 

Thanks for the help. I got throttle body part and that it’s part of the cooling. Toyota can’t find the part unless they know what it connects to. Any help, especially a picture would be greatly appreciated.

 

I don’t know the 3rz at all but a quick google search showed that hose attached to the valve cover.
