The foam wasn't in too bad condition for an almost 10 year old vehicle. Did the mod anyway.

Which Garmin model and I'd like your opinion on how you have it hooked up. Battery drain concern?
    Thanks

I got the 47 but I ordered the 57 few days ago and will either return the 47 or move it to the rear. Have it hooked up with the Garmin constant power cable so the parking guard feature will always work. So far no battery draining issues but it's only been a week.

A33DD6CE-073C-4E6D-A44B-0229EBC5E3A4.jpg Not a performance mod but for those that have RSG sliders with the RSG templates on them. A few month back I noticed some rust on the plates so I pulled them off. I had some paint in the garage along with some primer so I ended up painting them in a Camo pattern and re-installed. I think they came out pretty good. Just an idea for you guys running RSG sliders. For those wondering, I used 1/8 x 1/4 stainless steel rivets to re-install.

I got my wicked kit in today. It’s the 5inch LT. I’ve also got a DRT cab mount chop to install. There are some new 35 inch BFG ATs and bronze weld 17x10s waiting at the the tire shop for me

I’m currently running the aftermarket spacer lift on my front strut only with fiber glass fenders (with a spacer for the width diff). I’m ready to get rid of the spacers.

I have no idea what I need to buy shock wise. What is the proper king shock I need here???

Dude!!! did you get a build thread going? That way it’s easier for us to learn from your mistakes….I mean, to help you not make mistakes. :D:D:D

As to your question on the shocks, I have no freakin clue…just wanted to establish that.

From what I understand its an air pump for emissions. It only gets used when the engine is cold. (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm not correct) Oddly enough, my wife's 2010 doesn't have one at all. Sometimes you can hear it when you start the engine cold and turn it off after a few seconds.

Did a toyota dealer say this for new cars? If so, Did they adjust the price for the cost of a new fob? They’re not exactly cheap. Sounds like BS!

Can confirm, this is happening with Lexus. No adjustment on the price, they will provide the second fob within a month or so.

Ah ok….as long as they make you whole, it’s understandable. A little surprising though…I guess that really says supply chain issues are still a big issue.

I have a co-worker that was at Ford the other day getting maintenance, so he was browsing the lot and said he saw window stickers with features crossed out like heated seats and things. Asked a salesman and he said they couldn't get chips for the features. WILD stuff

Got my dobinsons lift installed yesterday. I was only looking for a mild lift, so I opted for the C59-296 Front, C59-599 Rears and the IMS shocks and also added their UCA

I don’t normally post negative stuff on items I purchase but I felt it is needed in this case. The OEM switches sold by Cali Raised are not a very good product when it comes to fit, I have one for the behind the grill light bars and I purchased one for the Ditch Lights. I had to put tape to add backing to prevent the switch from setting to deep in the slot. So if you’re looking for an OEM switch maybe try the Air on Board switches it’s possible those will work better. I know they’re only $15 bucks each but I thought I should make you guys aware in case you’re expecting a perfect fit.
