Hello from Central Colorado

Hello all, another new guy here, currently in Colorado Springs. I'm a long-time Toyota fan, I started with a black '02 4Runner, followed by a white '09 Taco and then a grey '17 Taco. I put more than 250k miles on each of them. Over the summer I just bought my newest vehicle, a 2022 4Runner TRD ORP, in silver (not my color choice, but the only one without a 3 month wait).

I haven't done a ton of mods yet, but I'm slowly starting. The first thing I did was get a set of 265/70R17 BFG KM3's on it. I prefer tall skinnies, and when these wear out, I'll be replacing them with a set of 255/80R17's, I just haven't figured out which tire yet, since the KM2's are no longer available and the KM3's don't come in that size. Next, I installed a Victory 4x4 roof rack and Gobi ladder, but I'm swapping out the 3/4 length roof rack for a full length (should have got it from the beginning) from the same company. I have one Pelican case on the rack and will be adding a second. I just got a Warn winch, and I have an aluminum front bumper on order with HeftyFab, here in the Springs. Lastly, I have an Old Man Emu 2" lift and heavy spring set on order as well. That'll be the end of the mods for now, until the HeftyFab rear bumpers become available again.

I'm not originally from Colorado, in fact I've only been living here since February. But I've already been having a blast on the jeep trails. I did Engineer Pass/ Alpine Loop over the summer, and recently did some trails coming out of Great Sand Dunes NP. Looking forward to more. I also just got back from a quick 5,400 mile road trip in it; over to Maine, down to DC, and back. Ember, my 7-year-old Malinois, is my copilot.
