Ironman 4x4 stage 4 Nitrogas 2.5" lift. Energy Suspension front bump stops. Apachee Offroad rear bump stop extensions. Took 12 hours but learned a ton and I'm very happy with how everything went together.

Offroam & Peak Designs magnetic charger because it's awesome.

Need alignment and install extended rear brake lines.

Toyota dealership here in Centennial CO. I just stopped by and bought them.
(Didn't order them in advance, since I assume they always have them in stock. If that's the case may be i should keep some in stock at my house)

I received a couple of things I ordered from Amazon:

An altimeter and barometer. The barometer is incidental (I live in eastern Washington up along the Cascade foothills-the prediction is "SNOW" for the next 2 months!). The altimeter is important so that I can tell if my breathing problems are from the altitude or my heart/lungs.

Amazon.com : Sun Company AltiLINQ - Dashboard Altimeter and Barometer | Altimeter for Car and Truck | Reads Altitude from 0 to 15,000 Feet : Sport Altimeters : Sports & Outdoors

And a behind-the-seat Molle rack for the 4Runner. Keeps things handy such as our digital camera, flashlight, knife, etc. First Aid still goes into the large First Aid kit in the back.

Amazon.com: Molle Seat Back Organizer, Tactical Car Seat Organizer with Pouches, Tactical Molle Vehicle Organizers Panel Universal Fit Car Khaki : Automotive

Liked it so much I got one for the wife's RAV4, which is an abomination behind the front seat!!

Once I get the guts to trudge through the snow and brave 18-degree weather, I'll install them.

Oh, I also bought some connectors and a length of threaded rod to extend my Hi-Lift mounts so that they will hold my traction mats on my rooftop carrier.

These are the Hi-Lift Mounts (maybe not these exact ones) I bought.

Amazon.com: BATONECO High Lift Jack Tube Mount 1"-2.5" (Round/Square), Adjustable High Lift Jack Mounting System Universal Fit for Roof Rack,Front Bumper,Spare Tire, Roll Cage : Automotive

    Then some connectors from Lowe's:

Hillman 0.375-in x 16 Zinc-plated Steel Regular Coupling Nut (2-Count) in the Coupling Nuts department at Lowes.com

And some threaded rod (might not be the exact size-I took a mount with me to fit it):

Hillman 3/8-in dia x 3-ft L Coarse Steel Threaded Rod in the Threaded Rods department at Lowes.com

Better than paying up to $150 for a set on Amazon! Since I already had the clamps!

Installed labops dash mount plate, took few minutes to remove the headunit to plugin. Didn't use the included usb socket mount due to wanting usb-c, took little longer to install due to having to run dedicated power over rather tapping the cig lighter cable.

Towed with the 4runner for the first time ever. Just a short trip to the county dump with a big 4wheeled uhaul trailer. She did great! Wouldn't want to pull a trailer that heavy very long. Good times!

Alignment done. Just need to install the extended rear brake lines. Yes, I do plan on upsizing the tires.

I’m getting a new bumper from Demello and I decided to pull the old one early. Not sure if that would fit in the same spot, this was what they recommended and normally install along with their bumpers.

Original Panasonic battery was starting to go. Listen to the radio for more than 20 minutes and she has trouble turning over. With the weather about the be regularly before freezing, I don't want to take a chance it won't start.

I went with Toyota's 24F. When I had my Tacoma, OEM was the best option so I stuck with that.

My panasonic went out a little while ago. I got an Everstart from Walmart.

I know, I know. Walmart? Really?

    It actually tested really well.

I tried getting the OEM one when mine died, but it was discontinued. Figures. Lasted 7 years and over 100k. I went with an Odyssey 34R for the replacement.

My original OEM battery also died a few months ago, while listening to the radio for 10 minutes. The Panasonics just aren’t what they used to be. Got a Costco battery. Better plan on preemptively replacing it every 3 years.

The battery I bought is 00544-24F60-575. The website says it was Not For Sale, but the dealership had them in stock. Maybe they just can't be purchased online due to the extra shipping precautions.

My Tacoma had the 27F TruStart battery. Had the truck for 11 years, only had to replace the battery once after 6 years.

Tore my dash apart, removed the glove box and everything down the middle of the dash. Unscrewed all the components in the glove box, zip tied a bunch of random harnesses in the dash, tightened every nut bolt and screw I could find, cleaned the little bit of dust off everything. Applied felt panel isolation tape on every plastic mating surface and put it all back together. Panels are definitely tighter now. Let’s hope the incredibly irritating 4Runner dash vibration is gone now. Next will be to take care of the tailgate creek.

Blacked out badges, window deflectors, smoked 3rd brake light. I have a Borla muffler on order as well as some color matched engine cover stickers. I'll be painting the stock wheels soon as well. Falken tires in the fall as well.
Mine hasn't started yet but when it does you can do that all over again just for your dear old dad! LOL!

Aimed the headlights down last night about 4 turns each. The Ironman 4x4 lift took an inch of rake out so the beam pattern from the H9s wasn't as good as before and I'm sure oncoming traffic will appreciate it. I'm also installing extended brake likes for the rear today.

Next upgrades in January will probably be a BOTCK from Dr. KDSS and upgraded front sway bar endlinks to finish out the suspension.
