A little more detail of your issue will help. 1/2 gallon of fluid bled through the system should mean it has fresh fluid. What can’t you get right?

The brakes just don't feel right to me if I have to slam on them it just doesn't want to stop as it should I was just wondering if I needed to bleed the a certain way or have a computer hooked up the 01 has the stupid brake pressure motor thing instead of the master cylinder and brake booster

Does your brake pedal go to the floor when you open the bleeder valve? Mine didn’t until I got to the front passenger’s caliper. Did you recently change the rotors and pads? If so, you’d have to bed the pads but even then you’d have to take it easy for a couple hundred miles.

It’s likely the new rotors and pads that need to be bedded. If you didn’t do the bedding on install, drive it normally for about 250-300 miles. You should feel a difference. Try not to do hard braking when coming to a stop.

Wow! You’re probably going to have to start diagnosis from the master cylinder. Unless you have the proper tools, it’s probably time to take it to a knowledgeable shop. Keep us updated on your progress.
