02 4runner frame rusted out swap

I have a question about a frame swap. I live in mexico. I own a 02 4runner 4wd limited. My 4runner came from ilinois and the frame is rusted out. I want to swap frame. Out here it is harder to find the right parts. But i found a 98 toyota 4runner ( not 4wd ) with a good frame. I know the 97 and 02 4runner parts are comparable, but will the frame from a 98 4runner ( NOT )4wd fit on a 02 4runner 4wd.?? If not, will the modifications be mayor.. ?? Hope some one can help me with that .. thanks. The frame is only 200 dollars so it is a good deal..
