My 2000 4runner sitting for 3 years. Got a new battery, oil change, plug swap- its running perfect. I go for SMOG and the " computer " says its not reporting any data. The guy says to run it so the sensors reset. I've run fir 200+miles. Took it today and same thing. WTF? Can anybody shed some light on this for me? Its not that its not passing just not giving data to start the smog test. HELP
