    Just spoke to my claim agent and asked about the speed. They said I wasn't going at a negligent speed and shouldn't worry about it :woot:

    im not looking to get into debating this, glad he or others didn’t get hurt and double glad his insurance is covering his damage

    I would have thought the same as you and as Hossler said, these trucks do not stop on a dime.

    also, I'd check if you can turn off the recorded speed on your dashcam. No need to incriminate yourself in any future videos shared.
