Boat time...

My TRD Pro was scheduled to get on the boat to America today. The dealership tells me it's a 12 day ride plus 10 days from port (Portland OR) to be. Anyone have any similar timelines?

 

Sounds about right 20 days...

Please explain "port adding options" I pick up my TRD Trail Premium, in dark grey, tomorrow 4-11.

 

Port added remote start, roof rails, and door guards, none of which were ordered. Dealership did not order these options for me, the only thing they could figure is the port decided to install. After a 4 month wait, they knew that I would take it. Dirty pool. Dealership said it has happened before with another product line as well. At the same time as the "extra" options were added, the price magically jumped $847

 

I am wondering if there is some fine print on your purchase contract that allows them to add things on without your permission. Did you you review for that? I will be pissed if I were forced to pay $800+ for options that I did not opt for. That said, if the purchased contract clearly states they can add on and you will buy it, not much you can do be accept it.

 

No contract until truck was outside dealership. Haven't heard back from tera too yet either. But I think he has his already in hand?

 

For those that care, the truck arrives at the dealership tomorrow. Almost one month from the date it shipped.
