Has anyone ever removed the dash for their rigs? I’m interested to know whether it’s difficult and/or expensive to do

    thanks!!

Not sure upto what extend you want to remove. I have removed upto headunit and it was pretty easy. Here's the video I installed front camera where it shows me removing the middle portion of the dash upto headunit.

Thanks for the info. Sorry to hear about the damage. That would definitely make my heart skip a bunch of beats. Hate to think what that is going to cost. Maybe a dash cover instead?

I had a dashboard slash repaired on my civic a few years ago. It was a local company called new fiber or something like that. The guy came out and fixed it in my driveway with a small fiber patch, heat and a little spray gun with color matched spray. These type of companies will fix anything from furniture repairs to automotive interiors. I paid a couple hundred bucks. I was very satisfied with the results I got
