My neighbor gave me a quote of $75-/wheel for powder coating my extra set of factory TE rims.

This is his description of their process
    - stripping of old finish
    - sandblasting
    - phosphate wash
    - powder coating finish in either satin or flat black

Any input on the price and the process used here?

I changed some lights, tires and tinted windows...mind blowing huh
I think the going average around here is about $100 per wheel, that process seems about the norm as well. Are you on TW as well? if you are member Jlee does powder coating and could probably answer any questions on the process. I had him powder coat my devil horns on the Tacoma and he did a fantastic job.

That looks great. Thanks for the TW reference.

I'm also researching between anodizing and powder coating.
