Hello everyone, I just installed the following on my 2020 TRD ORP. Non-KDSS.

Front: Bilstein 6112 Coilovers set at 2.6"

Rear: Bilstein 5160 and 2" springs.

    SPC UCA.

I am planning to put on 285's this week, and I am just looking for thoughts on these alignment numbers. The truck drives well, and I have not detected any issues regarding how it drives.

    Thank you!

Stock UCA's? Those are pretty good caster numbers with that much lift and stock UCA's. Your toe was off a bunch so that looks good now. You might still have to do some plastic trimming with 285's (70's or 75's?). If you run into body mount rubbing, you could try aftermarket UCA's to get more caster. As long as the truck drives straight and doesn't pull during braking, then you will be fine.

I was able to get 4 degrees of caster with my spc uppers, but i have an eibach lift so that's different. I think people here recommend higher caster for bigger tires.

If it tracks well at highway speeds then those are fine numbers.... if it rubs when you put on 285s(if you didn't bmc yet) you can bump the caster up to 4-5°.
