Better exhaust flow possible?

    1” front 1.5” rear lift
    On my 2019, I thought that maybe the previous owner had high centered the vehicle and crushed the exhaust. But it looks like they all come with the same pinch near the crossmember and aren’t perfectly round from the cat back. Are their any systems that we know of that take a better route and offer better flow?

    The crossover pipe is not round from the factory and unless it's pinched off completely will not make much of a difference.
