I have a 2019 4runner that needs the front windshield washer pump replaced. It's no longer under warranty and the dealer wants $495. That's outrageous. Does anyone have a video on how to replace it? I couldn't find one on youtube.

I bought a replacement pump for my 97’ Tacoma at the local auto parts store. I think it’s a common stock item. Try that.

The most difficult part is just getting to it... the inner fender liner has like 18 f'n screws but thats about it. Just a screw and clip to hold the pump in, a connector and done. Just make sure its either empty, or pop it loose and move out of the way of the rain!
Mine froze and cracked last year so I had to replace the entire bottle. For that, I had to remove the entire bumper skin which you wont have too.

Easy job. Jack it up and remove the wheel, take out the wheelwell screws and peel the liner back, unplug the connector and line, pop the pump out, install is the reverse of removal.

Were they including a new tank for $500? Seems high.
