    Hey all, I've thrown the odd comment here and there on a thread or two but I finally had a moment to formally introduce myself. Long time lurker in the Tacoma/4Runner forums. Picked up my '22 TRD OR a month ago tomorrow and am so happy with it (my first brand new vehicle).

    Long time Toyota guy, this is my 3rd 4Runner. I've had a 96 SR5 for 6.5 years, an 04 v8 Sport for 7 years, Tacoma for the last 7 years and now back to a 4Runner. I honestly would've gone back to Tacoma but chip shortages kept me from the one I wanted so it was a blessing in disguise to get back to 4Runners. I love them, but living life without a pickup truck is something new for me but I'm sure I'll figure it out.

    Canada gets different options than our south neighbors, I think our TRD OR is the same as the TRD ORP down there. Anyways, I'll throw my 2 cents in here and there when I can and look forward to getting learn more about my current 4R. Either way reliability and resale are top reasons why I buy Toyota.

    Pics show my former Tacoma and new 4R. I bought the Tacoma used, red wasn't my favorite color at the time but the price and truck were right. Over the 7 years I had Red it really grew on me so it was an easy choice for the 4R when I put my deposit down.
