    That's great country. I drove thru there a number of times on business back in the '70s and the last time was about 12 years ago when Betty and I drove to Alma, Missouri to see the town where her folks came from. From there we headed east into Virginia so I could tour the Civil War battlefields. Great trip, good memories! - Ted

    I ride my bike through many battlefields a few times a week. Great, low traveled roads.

    There is so much history around here it is overwhelming.

    David: When I lived in Maine in the '70s I had a BMW 750 and made several trips down to Gettysburg for meets with other owners. Great fun and so much to see along the way. Be sure to keep the rubber side down. - Ted
