    I have a 97 4runner stick shift. When I step on the gas it shakes a lot. And takes a while to catch up speed. Any help I'll appreciate it. Thank you.

    ARB Bumper, Some Stuff, Some Other Stuff, and some Stuff.
    Could be a number of things. Does it idle rough? Is your tach bouncing all over the place while you drive, too?
