Is there an easy way to figure out what type of coolant I have? I know it should be Toyota red but it looks green. I know you can’t mix them, other than doing a flush to remove all of it and starting over. I want to just drain and fill.

    thanks!

None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
Drain and fill it a few times, with just plain water. Do the first fill with a Radiator Flush chemical...
After 3 or 4 plain water drain and fills, put in the Toyota Red coolant, top it up with distilled water, and burp it well. I believe it's about an 8 qt. system, so a gallon of antifreeze and a gallon of water will give a rough 50/50 mix, presuming concentrated antifreeze. If you got premixed, just get 2 gallons, fill the system, and away ya go. Might want to get a gallon of distilled water to top it off after burping it, if necessary. ONLY ever use distilled water! Never tap water, hose water, pond water, etc, except in an emergency, then flush it out asap.

    Does that help any?
