If the before is the pic with the horizontal metal looking grill...ah, No! Glad that was removed, if that is the after, well...you know my opinion. :)

Not today, but over the past couple weeks:
    - picked it up and drove it 12 hours to get home (finally, after 6 months)
    - removed the silly Pro rack
    - got to start installing all the crap I've been buying for the last 6 months while waiting for it (Canvasback, Pedal Commander, Console Vault, etc)

Lots of fun to drive. It's not quite the same experience as some of my previous vehicles but exactly what I expected and I'm happy to be back in a Toyota BOF vehicle.

I installed side mirror sequential blinkers a few days ago, but just noticed the reflection of my bf's Wrangler on the door. Ewwwww. :p Anyway, am really liking the new turn signals!

Nice mod. Don’t be surprised if one day you have to go pick him up because his vehicle broke down or hear that his vehicle is in the shop often. ;)

Got it back from having the rear end damage fixed. They did a nice job. Other than the smell of paint, I wouldn't have known anything happened.

Well today I had to bring my wife’s van in for an alignment. Well what do you know as I am going outside the Mrs. is getting in the 4Runner and I am stuck with the minivan. I was like… get outta my car. She is like you get the van. I know not to argue with the Mrs. so I called her and complained like a child. She told me it feels good to not drive a mom car. I told her that I completely understand and I wanted my car back after we got to the mechanics. Good news is the van is perfectly aligned without needed work so no charge, bad news is that I didn’t get to drive the beast (aka 4Runner).

They're fine for static pulls if you're in a pinch, just don't be yanking on 'em.

Yeah I offered her a sequoia before I bought her a Sienna. The sienna drives nice. They are both nice vehicles.

While I didn't use the attic during the previous trip then thought to fortify the structure by adding support in the middle to support the greater weight, which, unknown then, I can use to store India's food where she will not be able to get access. During that trip also learned that leaving the front area open was beneficial instead of the attic taking up the entire ceiling area as most of the used headroom for me, 5'5", is toward the front and less in the rear areas. Also took the opportunity to add pockets to the hinged storage that I added to the attic to keep things from falling out the back.

ARB OME springs and Nitrochargers, 285 Falken Wildpeaks, Prinsu Rack and ladder, Cali Raised light bar, CBI Covert front bumper with Smittybilt winch, Morimoto XB headlights and Fog lights, fang lights
Got mine back from OME Nitrocharger suspension upgrade and 285 Falken Wildpeaks. Love how it looks! Have to delete the front mud flaps.

I got an ARB skid plate kit too and the mechanic said it didn’t fit. He had it on the lift to do the suspension so I figured I’d put them in the car. He’s good mechanic, but… I’ll get under there myself to confirm. Does anyone have the ARB skid plates?

How do you like them? Easy install? I saw another poster ( I think on the taco forum) say that dirt got under, collected, and then scratched the paint :(

I like the look a lot and considered this mod for my own.

    Yep,

    They suck donkey butthole too.

Just spend the extra bucks and get RCI's something else. One hit and the ARB's are done.

Artec, CBI, RCI and several others are true skid plates. ARB is just engine under cover and won't stand up to true skid plate duty since it is too thin and weak.

Not much. I did add the blackout emblem overlay on the steering wheel. Looks a lot better than the chrome.
