I have a 2022 Toyota Avalon hybrid. Today is June 10. At approximately 10:30 this morning, I went to the car wash and washed my car. I then drove five minutes to my house, without getting on any freeways, not exceeding 35 mph, and just on quiet suburban streets with zero traffic. I parked the car in the driveway when I got home and everything was fine. The passenger side of the car was facing the sun and it was approximately 98° at that time.
We were getting ready to leave for the weekend to California. 48C7AC6A-9BB9-45D2-806B-23BD066D6D92.jpg I came out of the house an hour later to find that the passenger side front window is cracked all the way across from the bottom front corner to the upper back corner one long crack.
I immediately went online to look for any issues and found several. I then went to the car dealership expecting to get outstanding service, but I did not.
The service advisor says that there was an impact. Ha! There is no sign of any impact whatsoever yet he is trying to say that there was an impact on the inside of the Sideview mirror!
    How? Not even physically possible!
Even though I have an extended warranty, and the car has only 15,000 miles on it, they told me that it’s not covered and insisted that it was an impact.
