Installed Molle window panels and shelf into my 2021 4Runner and everything is tight but on bumpy there are rattle noises quite a bit. Any tips people use to quiet down their panels before I take this thing apart again?

If you’re going to actually be using them, you’re going to have noise from stuff you mount. Get use to it now

Haha yeah that’s true. I don’t mind the self inflicted stuff I just want to get it nice and quiet from the install part of it.

You could use a silicone/RTV at point of contact

They look kinda cool, but it would seem simpler and quieter to just put that suspended shit in a plastic tub!

I only have side panels but both were quiet. One corner eventually started touching plastic (it was very close at initial instal). You might want to look there first. Otherwise, maybe there are joints in the shelf that make noise as the body flexes?

Only thing that rattles on mine is the fire extinguisher and that's because it's a 10 lber, which exceeds the rating.

Side panels were quiet, like Jynarik stated just some stuff attached rattled. Adding the Victory shelf was a whole different story, rattles quit a bit, especially over logging roads. I am used to it now and prefer to have that shelf in the back then not.
