I blew the clutch in my truck this morning but that shouldn't make it roll while in gear and parked right?Even when I put it in 4 low it rolls like as if it was a neutral is my transmission shot ?

The clutch friction plate is pinched between the flywheel and the pressure plate under spring tension. The flywheel is attached to the engine. The clutch friction plate is on the transmission input shaft. If the clutch friction plate is destroyed, burned up (think brake pads) or flew apart - then there is no mechanical connection between the engine that is not running and the transmission input shaft through the pressure plate. Therefore, if there is no brake set, the truck can roll.

If the above is true - then there is likely nothing wrong with the transmission.

The same reason that the engine revs up (transmission in gear and the clutch is released with your foot OFF the pedal) but the truck doesn't move or accelerate is the reason for what I wrote above, if that makes sense.

Man o man I was about to start panicking I'm meeting a client tomorrow to go over a 25k bid and I thought it wasn't going to happen. Thank you for your input I really do appreciate it just wasn't thinking clearly.

I get it, nobody wants to think about a very expensive transmission overhaul. Clutch replacement is not very expensive, and if you are mechanically able, it can be accomplished in a day - depending if the flywheel needs to come off and be resurfaced by a machine shop (recommended).
