So i figured i would show what my trail looks like now that the build up has started.

    1. Roof Rack ( Temp because i did the Baja Rack group buy) This one is for sale.
    2. 22" light bar in the grill
    3. Bilstien 6112 front with soft tex coils ( 3" )
    4. Bilstien 5100 back with soft tex coils ( 2" )
    5. TRD PRO Rims 17" x 7"
    6. Toyo R/T tires 285/70/17
    7. I have next a40" light bar once the rack comes in .

Anyone got ideals on mounting the 40" LB to the Baja Rack ?

Cut your wind faring in the rack and put the bar in it. Otherwise it sits really high

I have seen a light bar installed just under the leading edge and it looked great. I am looking for mounts now and might just fab some out of lite gage metal. Any ideals?

May I ask what the dimensions of that rack are? I have the Trail Premium with sunroof and don't want to lose my hatch to the sky with a too large rack.

It is the full standard with the sunroof cut out. They make a tray that if needed you can cover the cut out but why have a sunroof then. The rack fits from just behind the front window molding to the very back when the hatch is open.

I love your set up. The dark grey with the TRD rims set it off nice. Nice edition with the LED light bar in the grill.

There is a very little noise from the rack. I had a shop here in San Diego fab me up two L brackets that just mounted to the cross bar behind the bumper. The light is great when you need it . I will look for some pics. and post later.

Got my ARB awning today and what an easy install to the Baja Rack. Buy the brackets from Baja Rack and it installs in about 15 minutes. Great product. Loving it.

Very little and only when turned all the way and entering a large dip. So little i'm not going to even try to trim anything away for it. These R/T's are amazing .

I dig the moves you're making.

I agree! R/Ts are the way to go. I love mine. I'm probably going to run my compressor on the same bracket you have from slee. How do you like it?

Well i did some more mods this past week.
    1. 40" single row light bar mounted just below the front of the Baja Rack. Some brackets i made at home from some 1/8"x2" steel plate really simple a no brainer.
    2. A set of 7" lights on the back of the rack.
    3. I did my own axle breather relocation. I took it into the gas cap area so i did not have to put it in the cabin of the Runner.
    4. Replace my spare tire with a more suitable tire that i had at the house already.
    More to come .

I love the lift set up. The 6112's in the front are great for all types of driving. I do have the KDSS and there is zero interference with the function of the system. I would highly recommend this lift. i had James at The Truck Shop on Miramar Rd. do my lift great place.
