2011 JBL infotainment swap with 2018 JBL

Hello all,
I have a 2011 limited 4runner with a JBL sound system and recently purchased a 2018 JBL head unit. I was able to retrofit everything except one wire harness, which supplies power of course. I wondered if anyone has experience with the 4runner JBL system and/or the 2018 JBL head unit. If so is there some type of adapter available? I'll attach some pictures below of the wire harness(20 pin) and the ports it needs to fit into (10/6 pin - bottom left on the head unit).
