Remove ALL electrical modifications to the vehicle. Disconnect non OEM alarms, radios, lights, etc. 99% of the time on TOYOTAs, electrical issues are cheap mods installed wrong.

If you disconnect the throttle body from the wiring harness, the drain goes away? You will need to know where that harness goes to and track down the wires...with the factory schematic. I get the Factory Service Manuals off from ebay as a pdf for like $15.

If disconnecting the TB does not eliminate the drain, find the circuit the parasitic drain is on. Plenty of youtube vids on tracking down parasitic drain. You can do the in-line-ammeter-and-pull-fuses test or the voltage-drop-accross-the-fuse method.

I’ll give it a shot when I’m through working on my boat. Sounds like a very logical answer. Fingers are crossed. Changed ECM, PCM, pulled out 3 after market alarms already too.
