I just got my 4runner less than 3 months ago and already got a rock chip or something that is affecting my paint. Does anyone have any experience with Toyota being able to fix chips/scratches such as the ones in the picture? Anyone of a good estimate of what it might cost?

It’s difficult to tell from your photo, but if it’s just the clear coat that’s scratched you might be able to remove the scratches using something like Meguiar’s ScratchX.
If the damage is more than something you want to deal with, just about every car dealership has a mobile paint chip/small dent repair technician that visits them once a week to prep their used vehicles. Give your dealership a call and ask them what day their guy comes by.

So far my dealership has only been able to put scratches on my vehicle, not take them out! A very skilled detailer could try a buff and wax if you wanted to try to avoid paint, if not I would find a reputable body shop and have them do the work...unless you have a very good dealership service department. Judging by the pictures, those seem pretty in there.

Good luck getting them to fix anything under warranty, and you'll get charged an arm and a leg out of pocket. As said above, a good buff could do wonders onn clear, or a paint matched correction pen if it's deeper

It’s hard to tell from picture but I second trying a Meguiars scratch X. It may make them less visible. I just used on a friends white Ford Edge this weekend where she scraped her gate. I would say 90 percent came out with scratch X.

If you can feel with finger nail it will never all come out. It’s just about hiding it
