I'd like to remove my passenger side headlight to access the inside of the bumper cover...I know it's held in by 4 bolts...is it possible to remove the outside bolt for that headlight without removing the bumper cover?

I didn't technically remove my bumper cover when I swapped headlamp assemblies. I didn't want to remove the entire bumper because of the hidden winch, so I managed to remove and install the assemblies by just unclipping the sides of the bumper. The hard part was getting the outer bolt of the assembly with the cover still on. You still have to take out the bolts/clips on the fender well, but if you just need access on one side, you could get away without removing the whole cover. It's easy enough to remove the entire bumper, and you're less likely to break any clips.

Its honestly not that difficult. After you get it off once, it’s a walk in the park every other time

Be careful the side clips can break easily.
