Just bought (9 months ago) a 2019 TRD Pro and am slowly getting ready to sell my awesome 2006!

Question - what simple mods are recommended (Live in Montana, don’t get crazy off road but do go deep on FS roads etc)?
Certified Pre Owned so still under warranty as well. Got a husky rear liner for cargo, new bike rack is also on the way. Been thinking about new/brighter headlight/fog bulbs, black out kit for rear “4runner” and possibly new tires (Falken Wild Peaks?? Really want a 10 ply that is also decent in snow)….should I just keep the Nittos?? Also has anyone done anything about the AC power in the rear? Loved it up front in my 06. Extension cord?
Factory battery good? We camp a ton and I tow a small off road teardrop.

Any other advice/recommendations would be appreciated for this forum rookie (long time lurker, you guys saved me big $$ when I changed out 3 door actuators!).

    Thanks!!

Any advice on changing out low beam headlight bulbs?

For fog lights, check out Diode Dynamics SS3's. They're not cheap, but a worthwhile upgrade.

For low beams, the best upgrade seems to be the H9 conversion. It requires a minor modification to the bulbs.

Wildpeaks are very popular here. There are other popular options as well. I have Toyo AT3's and they're very nice.

Look for a tire with a "3 peak mountain snowflake" on the sidewall for snow traction. Some tires use a different compound and less siping on the heavier load ranges, which can reduce snow and ice traction.

    Welcome to the shenanigans!

How did your Toyo AT3's balance out?

Perfectly. I have 285/70/17 in load range C.

My stock size passenger rated AT3s balanced fine as well.
